Alvin Healing Rooms had its start in the spring of 2012 when we set up our first Free Prayer Booth at Alvin’s Crawfest in National Oak Park. We introduced ourselves to the community, prayed for people and then began to do more local festivals.
AUGUST 2014 we officially received our 501(c)(3) non-profit status and hosted our first conference to provide teaching on healing principles and prayer.
MARCH 2017, we established a location in the heart of town. Over the next five years we expanded our services and began collaborating with local and national ministries who wanted to see people healed just like us.
SEPTEMBER 2019, we established School of Supernatural Ministry Alvin (SSMA), a satellite of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. For three years we led students into a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ giving them greater influence in their personal relationships and in ministry.
SEPTEMBER 2022 Alvin Healing Rooms moved out of the building, maintaining our Free Prayer Booth and conferences, and broadened our ministry focus.
We have seen Jesus touch people with miracles and healing every time we minister. Our focus is to express the Father’s heart of love to people everywhere. It’s been a joy to hear testimonies of answered prayer from those we have met. God heals and changes lives everywhere we go.
